The continuous monitoring, the analysis of anomalies and critical points of the different systems, has resulted, during the years, in the development of management systems of maintenance.

COEM offers a program of technical training in hydraulics developed in three levels, starting from the basic to the advanced/customized level, in order to permit all participants to obtain a basic formation and adequate to the personal level of technical knowledge; specific entrance tests will allow COEM’s teaching staff to define the most appropriate level and structure programs of technical training both theoretical  and practical specific for the technical and maintenance personnel.

Final evaluation tests will allow to share the result with the Customer.
